Happy Memorial Day Weekend!

I want to take a minute to express my thanks to all of you that have served this wonderful country!  Please member that Memorial Day isn't about the BBQ's, camping or having a day off from work.  It is a time to honor the men and women who sacrifice everything for the freedoms we are so blessed to have!

Due to the holiday, Lotus will offer one CrossFit class on Monday at 9:00am.  Class size will not be limited!
