Now that we have completed our strength cycle it is time to start tackling our individual goals.  Be sure to grab a coach and get both a short-term and long-term goal on the Goal Board!

This week also brings us to the 30 day mark in our 90-day Primal Challenge!  Time is flying by...how's it going for you?  I will take your 30 day progress pictures anytime this week so be sure to get yours taken.

I wanted to take a minute to highlight one of our athletes that is proving that hard work, dedication and dialing in your diet really does work!  Lori has only been crossfitting for about 5 months.  When she first started, like everyone else, she continually felt overwhelmed and frustrated by her performance.  However, the best thing about Lori is that she trusted what her coaches told her and has put all of our advice to work!  Lori is always early for class, she hits me up for personal help with her lifts, she practices her double-unders, she conquered her sugar cravings and is kickin butt on the primal challenge!  She logs her WOD results on Beyond the Whiteboard and records her meals religously!  5 short months at Lotus and she can perform double unders and just last week she already got her first pull-up!!!  Lori is proof that the more dedicated you are about setting goals and tracking your EFFORT the better results you will see!  Awesome job Lori...keep up the great work!
