Partner Beaver Row Pyramid!

Here's a nice wrap up to the first week out of our strength cycle...enjoy!

Warmup:  Gymanstics based 3x thru-

15 GHD situps

5 In/Out/Left/Right on rings

WOD:  Partner Beaver Row Pyramid  

*Each partner does both Beaver & Rower each time w/1 min. rest between attempts.
