On a personal note...I found this quote and wanted to share it because it really hits home with a lot of what we do in CrossFit.
As part of my primal journey, one area of my fitness that I am focusing on is forcing myself to work on the things that are my weak points. I'm doing Cleans several times per week, I'm further training my dips, I'm mobilizing everyday...
It is taking some serious discipline on my part but I can tell you that I feel extremely accomplished when I've completed the task. The only way you get better at the things you struggle with is to practice them frequently! I challenge each of you to add one thing to your warmup that you HATE to do. You will be happy you did it in the long run!
